We are working on behalf of a brand new, purpose-built general practice in Salt Lake City, UT that is looking to welcome a full-time Associate Veterinarian to its growing team.

The practice has been designed from the ground up by veterinarians, with advanced equipment and smart, tech-enabled workflows that take a lot of the admin weight off your shoulders so you can focus on medicine and on the pets and people in front of you.

Support is a real priority here. With a 2.5 to 1 support staff ratio, you will have a well-trained team of technicians and assistants around you, and the time to practice thoughtful, patient-first medicine without feeling rushed.

Your caseload will cover the full scope of general practice, including wellness and preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry, all delivered in a way that keeps patient stress to a minimum.

This role is a great fit for a newer graduate or an early-career DVM who wants to build confidence in a well-supported setting. The practice is part of a growing national veterinary group, so you get the resources, training, and structure of a larger organization along with the feel of a close, collaborative clinic team.

About You:

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree that allows you to practice veterinary medicine in the US
• You hold, or are eligible for, licensure in Utah, along with a DEA registration
• 0 to 2 years of experience in general medicine and surgery, with new grads warmly welcome
• Strong communicator who enjoys building rapport with clients and educating them on preventive care
• Collaborative team player who is happy to support and help develop technicians and assistants
• Comfortable on your feet for most of a shift and able to assist with lifting (team lifts available)
• Competitive base salary of $160,000 to $200,000 for a 4x10 schedule
