Experience & Skills Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required.
  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.

Thrive Round Rockis a small animalpractice located in Round Rock, Texas focusing on:
  • Minor emergencies that are not life-threatening such as lacerations, limping/painful pets, hypersensitivity reactions, vomiting and/or diarrhea without significant dehydration, ear infections causing discomfort, urinary tract infections, non-obstructed FLUTD/FUS patients, etc.
  • Cases that are referred to by general practice veterinarians because they are unable to see them in a timely manner and fit within the scope of care we provide.
Our hospital has a collaborative team and a pet-loving community. We pride ourselves on integrity, trust, safety, inclusion, and compassion. Teamwork and team education are all equally important.
The Urgent Care department has been designed to meet a key need in our community and hospital. We aim to provide efficient, compassionate care to patients with non-critical conditions so that they receive great care without the wait! In the Urgent Care department, we offerwalk-insand appointments for varies conditions.We stay in close contact with the primary veterinarians to ensure those patients return for ongoing care with their family vet.
We are openMonday Sunday, 1:00pm - 10:00pm
