Job description

Exeter Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned AAHA certified and Fear Free Certified small and exotic animal hospital located in Exeter township, PA just east of Reading, PA and an hour west of Philadelphia. We have been proudly serving our community for over 30 years.

We are looking for a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing 4 doctor hospital. We welcome new grads and provide excellent mentorship.

We offer:

*a full range of surgical services including laser surgery and advanced dentistry

*a full in-house lab (Idexx)

*digital ultrasound and digital radiographs including dental

*endoscopy

*laser therapy and acupuncture

Employment benefits include a very flexible 3 or 4 day work week schedule for full-time (great for work/life balance), or customized schedule for part-time. We offer a generous base pay with production paid monthly.

Employment also includes a generous annual CE allowance and time off for CE, health/dental/vision insurance, vacation/PTO, all license fees and dues paid, and a matching retirement plan.

Our dedicated support staff consists of CVTs, Veterinary assistants, kennel techs and a practice manager and offers a 5:1 Dr to staff ratio. Many of our team members have been with us for over 10 to 15 years!
