Practice Highlights

• The clinical team you will join is highly experienced and ultra- collaborative. Drs. Jeff Reed ( U of M '07), Alfred Rayne (Va Tech '92), and Lisa Reynolds ( UT '11) are supported by 11 full time technicians and assistants. The team consistently praises the hard working, family-like atmosphere in the building. Additionally the high percentage of full-time team members ensures continuity and collaboration that few other practices can offer.
• Our fast growing practice is independently owned by Drs. Jeff Reed and Alfred Rayne
• Our state of the art 5000 square foot hospital was built in 2023 and features ample treatment space, 5 exam rooms, dedicated surgery and x-ray suites, an impressive list of modern equipment, and spacious lobby.

• The Practiced was established in 1975 and has been a community standard from day one.
• We are located on Maryland's Eastern shore within 30 minutes of the Atlantic Ocean or the Chesapeake Bay. We offer an abundance of outdoorsy adventure including beaches, boating, camping, fishing, and hiking just to name a few. We are also within 2-3 hours of Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Norfolk.

We are looking for a full time associate veterinarian ( we would consider part time) who can bring a positive attitude and a new wealth of knowledge to our practice. We make every effort to invest in our clinical capabilities and would be delighted to add to our service offerings if you possess unique skills. From a workflow perspective, we operate on 20-40 minute appointment blocks and rarely if ever see walk-ins. Presently we are a Monday-Friday 8am-6pm practice with no emergency duty. Our associates work 4 days/week and approximately 32-34 hours each week. We offer a pro-sal salary and you will have the capability to make $160,000 plus per year.
