Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian who is committed to delivering excellent patient care and who enjoys working in a collaborative, upbeat environment. Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for veterinary medicine are key. New grads are welcome, and mentorship is available.

What We Offer

Schedule and Work-Life Balance:

• Four-day work week
• No on-call or after-hours emergencies
• 32-hour average work week

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 plus 20% production
• $10,000 signing bonus ($5,000 at signing and $5,000 at your first anniversary)
• Two weeks of paid vacation plus additional paid time off for continuing education
• Paid state license and DEA renewals
• Liability insurance coverage
