About Us

We are a client-focused, small‑animal practice committed to providing high-quality, personalized care. As a privately owned hospital, we prioritize patient care, team collaboration, and a positive workplace culture without corporate constraints. Our clinic offers modern equipment, a collaborative environment, and a loyal client base that values the well‑being of their pets. Our experienced support staff includes three registered veterinary technicians with over 50 years of combined experience, ensuring you’ll have skilled, dependable assistance every day. Each veterinarian can expect to have 2 to 3 dedicated medical support staff members (in addition to reception, kennel, and grooming staff) each shift.

Our hospital is equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound imaging, an in‑house laboratory with access to a comprehensive reference laboratory, a modern surgical suite with multiparameter anesthetic monitoring, electronic medical records with cloud‑based practice management software, and an AI digital communications system providing integrated calls, messaging, direct booking, AI SOAP notes, and more.

What You’ll Do

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary ($115,000 to $160,000 commensurate upon experience) plus performance incentives (ProSal) – flexibility to choose whether you prefer flat salary or production‑based programs and to update this selection annually as desired.
  • Flexible scheduling to support work‑life balance – 4 day work week with alternating half days on Saturdays. Shift trade options to supplement paid time off.
  • Noon‑call responsibilities. We have at least five 24‑hour emergency and critical care facilities less than a 40 minute drive from us. The nearest MedVet satellite is less than 10 minutes from us. Among these are two full‑service specialty hospitals – The Ohio State University Veterinary Hospital and MedVet Columbus. Our clients may choose which facility is preferred and/or most convenient for them. We have excellent relationships and communication with all facilities.
