Job summary

Country Club Animal Clinic in Palm Desert, CA seeks a full-time veterinarian to join a supportive team. The practice emphasizes exceptional pet care, open communication, compassion, and ongoing personal and professional growth within a well-equipped hospital.

We offer a four-day work week, quarterly production pay based on pooled revenues, insurance stipend, VIN membership, and 4 weeks of PTO yearly. CE budget is provided; a visiting radiologist and surgeon enhance the exceptional clinical

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree, California license to practice, and at least a year in practice.
• Enthusiasm, confidence, and a desire to continually learn and progress.
• Ready for a mutually-supportive relationship with the whole team.
• Some surgery/ dentistry experience or a strong desire to develop surgical and/or dental skills.
• Top tier work ethic including punctuality, accurate and timely medical records, and some flexibility in scheduling.
• A desire to purchase a practice would be welcomed, but not required.
