Indiana Veterinary Technician Association seeks a motivated veterinarian to join an independently owned hospital. The practice emphasizes autonomy, strong doctor leadership, and patient-focused care in a modern facility.

The schedule typically includes three 9-hour days, one surgery/appointments day, and one full weekday off, with no weekends or after-hours emergencies. Compensation starts at $130,000 base, with total compensation potentially $150,000–$200,000+ based on production.
