Marathon Veterinary Hospital & Surgical Center is looking for a full-time Veterinarian to join our team in Marathon, Florida.

Our progressive compensation model includes competitive base salaries with production compensation opportunities - plus, no negative accrual.

You’re willing and able to provide primary care, exotic medicine, and wildlife support while collaborating with a compassionate team and building lasting relationships with clients in the Florida Keys.

We’re the largest veterinary hospital in the Florida Keys, located in Marathon, Florida, focusing on primary care, exotic medicine, and wildlife support. Our hospital has a collaborative, compassionate environment and a strong connection to the local community. We pride ourselves on comprehensive care, teamwork, and a commitment to the health and well‑being of every patient.

We are open Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, serving Marathon and the surrounding Florida Keys community.

Your Experience & Skills
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
  • State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for Florida prior to their start date
  • Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
