The role offers a progressive compensation model with competitive base pay plus production opportunities, no negative accrual, and Thrive Pet Healthcare support. Open Mondays to Fridays 7am-6pm, Saturdays 8am-2pm, with opportunities for growth as a clinician and leader

The Pet Hospitals Lakeland proudly serves pets and families throughout Lakeland with a full range of veterinary services, including preventive care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and emergency care. We are committed to delivering exceptional medicine, clear communication, and an outstanding client experience.

We are open Monday–Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday–Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Your Experience & Skills

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
• At least two (2) years of clinical experience
• State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
