Compensation
Guaranteed Base Salary: $150,000–$225,000

• 1 -2 Years Experience : 150,000 / year
• 2 + Years Experience : 170,000 / year (Commensurate with experience)
  Production-Based Compensation (Pro-Sal)
  Estimated Total Compensation: $180,000–$300,000+
  Sign-On Bonus: Up to $30,000
  Relocation assistance may be available
  Final compensation will depend on experience, schedule, and production.
