We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Veterinarian to join our team in Toledo, OH. Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Veterinary Care: Provide high-quality medical care, including wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, treatment for injuries or illnesses, and preventive care for small animal patients.
• Surgical Expertise: Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures such as spays, neuters, dental cleanings, and other necessary surgeries.
• Client Communication: Build lasting relationships with pet owners, providing them with clear and compassionate communication regarding their pets’ health, treatment plans, and preventive care.
• Diagnostic Skills: Utilize diagnostic tools such as radiography, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory services to diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions.
• Emergency Care: Handle emergency cases that arise during regular hours, providing immediate and effective treatment.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a skilled team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff to ensure high standards of care and clinic efficiency.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate medical records for each patient, ensuring compliance with clinic protocols and legal requirements.
• Professional Development: Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine by participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Valid veterinary license to practice in Ohio (or the ability to obtain one).
• 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in small animal care, surgery, and emergency medicine.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and the veterinary team.
