Total Rewards

As a VCA Associate, eligible full-time employees will be rewarded with a comprehensive package, including:

Compensation

• Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. The annual salary range for this position is $110K - $120K.The salary range listed is based on a 40-hour work week.
• This position may also be eligible for other variable pay programs.
