Associate Veterinarian Position

Position Overview

Full-time or part-time small animal associate position. No weekends or emergency shifts. Work with a team of doctors who believe in collaboration and support of one another.

Location

Floral City Animal Clinic is a full-service veterinary clinic located in the quaint town of Inverness, Florida. Inverness, located in Citrus County, has the comfort and security of a small town with quick access to big city life at just an hour's drive to Orlando or Tampa. With a low cost of living, your dollar will go further in Citrus County!

Practice Overview

FCAC is a family-owned small animal practice that has been serving Citrus County and surrounding areas for over 25 years. We consider our staff and associates as extended family. With a focus on work-life balance, we are open to full and part-time positions. With multiple after-hours practices nearby, we do not require on-call shifts for our team. However, given our focus on building lasting relationships with clientele and providing high-quality medicine, we are equipped to hospitalize critical patients. Our goal is to foster an environment focused on teamwork, mentorship, and support of our staff and colleagues.

Qualifications

1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited program
2. Be licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Florida

5. Demonstrate compassion for patients and clients
6. Ability to collaborate and work as a team member

Our Benefits Package:

1. Starting Base Range $125,000 to $160,000 based on experience/capability with additional Prosal compensation based on performance
