Atlas is representing a well-established, fast-growing small animal practice in the heart of Indianapolis, IN that’s on the hunt for an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This privately owned, two-doctor practice offers a progressive and fast-paced environment, supported by a tight-knit and experienced team of technicians and support staff.

The facility is modern, thoughtfully designed, and fully equipped to support high-level veterinary care. You'll have access to digital full-body radiography, dental radiography, in-house IDEXX lab equipment, cold laser therapy, high-speed dental units, and up-to-date surgical and anesthesia monitoring tools. The hospital also offers urgent care services and is continually investing in new technology to support patient care and team efficiency.

As part of the team, you’ll have the freedom to practice medicine autonomously, whilsst benefiting from the support of leadership that genuinely cares about your growth. The ideal candidate is compassionate, curious, and collaborative. You should be comfortable with general medicine and surgery, or eager to build those skills with support. While experience is a plus, new or recent graduates will find an encouraging environment with structured mentorship and plenty of hands-on learning opportunities.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
