Advanced Veterinary Care of Pasco is entering an exciting new chapter under new, private ownership, and we’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian who wants the opportunity to do more than simply see appointments at an established practice. We’re building our team and refining our practice from the ground up, which means our Associate Veterinarian will have a meaningful voice in shaping our medical culture, standards of care, and the kind of veterinary practice where both people and patients are well cared for.
If you’re a compassionate clinician who enjoys practicing quality medicine, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with a supportive team, this could be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.
As our Associate Veterinarian, you’ll work closely with practice ownership and our Medical Director to provide high-quality medical and surgical care and help establish the protocols needed to support our growth. Our Associate Veterinarian will have access to mentorship and case collaboration with our Medical Director, providing an additional resource as you grow in your career. Whether you’re an experienced associate or early in your career, that support will be tailored to you, with an opportunity to build confidence in medicine, surgery, client communication, and the day-to-day realities of practice life.
Because we’re a small and growing practice, we’re looking for a veterinarian who is team-oriented, approachable, and excited to help build something, rather than simply working through a schedule.
New graduates and experienced veterinarians are both encouraged to apply. Candidates must hold, or be eligible for, a Florida State veterinary license. We welcome a range of clinical interests and experience levels, and we’re happy to talk about what mentorship, support, and growth would look like for you.
If you’re looking for an opportunity where you can practice quality medicine, make a meaningful impact, and help shape what comes next, we’d love to meet you!
