Responsibilities

1. Deliver exceptional patient care and best-in-class customer experience
2. Mentor veterinary nurses and office staff to grow as individual performers, leaders, and medical experts
3. Collaborate with the team to drive overall clinic performance related to medical quality and customer experience

Qualifications required for application:

1. Graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary school and completion of requirements to practice in the United States
2. Active license to practice veterinary medicine in Colorado in good standing and no history of malpractice or disciplinary actions
3. Valid U.S. driver’s license

Compensation and Benefits

1. Salary: $120,000-$150,000/yr based on experience
2. Equity (ownership) considerations with no buy-in required
