Responsibilities / Qualifications
How you'll make an impact:

- Diagnose, perform surgery, and treat patients.
- Maintain excellent client communication.
- Accurately record all medical, client, and case information in the patient record.
- Review medical records, estimates, or discharge instructions with clients.
- Follow up with clients and discuss results.
- Set standards of care and protocols for medical and surgical areas.
- Promote practice growth and review financial reports.
- Communicate clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate with the practice manager for administrative tasks.
- Handle clients with sensitivity, tact, and professionalism.
- Mentor team members for career growth and personal development.
- Provide feedback on training programs.
- Guide support staff to ensure smooth shifts.
- Contribute to employee performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lead and establish a vision for the team.
- Proven skills in performing basic surgeries and using standard medical instruments.
- Proficiency in laboratory, pharmacy, radiology, surgery, dental, and nursing skills.
- Patience and composure in stressful situations.
- Ability to stay calm and efficient during crises.
- Competence in giving SQ, IM, and IV injections.
- Knowledge of common prescription drugs, their usage, dosage, and side effects.
- Understanding of anesthesia and recovery states, and ability to monitor hospitalized patients.
- Ability to properly extubate, monitor temperature, and recover patients from anesthesia.
- Proficiency in English and in using practice management software.
