Job summary

Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a veterinarian for our Vail Valley Animal Hospital in Colorado. You will practice general small-animal medicine, deliver preventive care, diagnostics, and client education in a supportive, multi-doctor environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 plus benefits, a flexible schedule with no weekends, and access to on-site advanced imaging, IDEXX in-house diagnostics, and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD or equivalent degree required.
• State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date.
• Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care in general small-animal practice.
• Deliver preventive care and perform diagnostics and procedures as needed.
• Foster strong client relationships and educate pet owners.

The Vail Valley Animal Hospital is a progressive, multi-doctor, state-of-the-art general small-animal practice that offers two convenient locations, GP and Urgent care, along with on-site specialist diagnostics and procedures. Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an annual salary range of $110,000 to $130,000. The actual salary offered will be carefully determined by a range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
