Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a modern facility equipped with the latest technology. Our Pro/Sal compensation model ensures a competitive salary with the potential for additional earnings based on production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to a variety of patients
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Communicate effectively with clients to educate them on their pet's health
• Collaborate with a team of skilled veterinary professionals
• Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Arkansas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care
• Pro/Sal compensation model offering a competitive base salary with production bonuses
• Fully paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance
• $1,500 annual continuing education allowance plus 3 paid CE days
