The hospital offers a generous sign-on bonus and attractive compensation package, detailed below, and embraces a modern approach to veterinary medicine. Utilizing the latest technology, efficient workflows, and a high staff-to-DVM ratio, you’ll have the opportunity to maximize your earnings and finish your workday on time. You’ll be supported by a team of 4-5 staff members per veterinarian, allowing you to focus on diagnosing and treating pets while building meaningful connections with clients. The schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind. You’ll work 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break and only need to cover a weekend shift once a month. Each veterinarian has a dedicated surgery day to handle routine soft tissue procedures, spay/neuter surgeries, and dental cases.

About You:

• DVM degree from an AVMA-accredited university or equivalent
• Must be licensed to work in the US as a Veterinarian
• Hold a Texas State License or ability to obtain

• Enjoy the variety of GP medicine and building relationships with pets and their parents
• Be within commutable distance from the Cedar Park area of Austin, TX
• Attractive pro/sal compensation up to $170,000 + production
