$150,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Atlas is excited to partner with a distinguished, privately owned veterinary hospital in Palm Desert, CA, to assist in their search for an Associate Veterinarian. With a state-of-the-art facility featuring six exam rooms, digital x-ray, a CT scanner, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory, this is an ideal setting for veterinarians eager to practice high-quality medicine while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.

The role is designed for flexibility, typically structured as a four-day workweek, though alternative scheduling options—including three extended days or part-time arrangements—can be considered. About you:

• 2+ years clinical experience within general practice, or preventative care.
• Working with small animals (Canine & Feline)
• Someone who is keen to practice gold-standard veterinary medicine.
• The ability to communicate well with clients and team members alike.
• Passionate about providing high levels of clinical care..
• To hold or have the ability to obtain a California state veterinary board License
• Competitive compensation model – with a base salary of up to $200,000
• Flexible, non-emergency schedules are on offer, just 2, 3, or 4 days per week.
