Role Description

This is a full-time or permanent part time position for an Associate Veterinarian located in Arlington, VT. The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for being an active and engaged team member that provides comprehensive medical care, physical exams, diagnostic and treatment plans, performs surgeries, and preventive care for pets. Additional responsibilities may include developing a specialty or unique skill, strength, or focus, leadership training, team building, and involvement in any one of a number of professional organizations, if desired.

Qualifications

Veterinary medical skills including diagnostics, treatment, and surgery.

Experience in basic small animal care and client education.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Commitment to the highest standards of veterinary care and client service.

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid veterinary license in the state of Vermont.

Experience in a veterinary hospital setting is a plus.
