Global Talent Partners is seeking an Associate Veterinarian in Arlington, Texas, offering a broad small animal and exotic caseload with strong technician support. The role provides the resources to practice high-quality medicine and collaborative team care for dogs, cats, and select avian or exotic patients.

The hospital emphasizes comprehensive services, from wellness to dentistry and soft tissue surgery, with incentives including up to $170,000 salary and up to $50,000 signing/retention

Qualifications

• Must have a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree or equivalent.
• Active Texas veterinary license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA registration or eligibility to prescribe controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wellness and comprehensive medical examinations.
• Develop diagnostic and treatment plans for a broad caseload.
• Perform dentistry and soft tissue surgery.
• Manage urgent care presentations within hospital hours.
• Utilize in-house diagnostics for case workups.
• Manage chronic and senior pet conditions.
• See avian and exotic patients as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate medical records and prescribe medications.
