Looking for a dynamic, supportive veterinary team in the heart of North Texas? We're hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our exclusive client's well-established small animal practice in Arlington, TX.

• $140K-$180K Base Salary + Production | No Negative Accrual | Signing & Relocation Bonus

• Full-service small animal 3 Doctor practice with a diverse caseload ranging from wellness and preventative care to surgery and diagnostics

• Flexible scheduling: clinic open Monday-Saturday, 8 AM-6 PM - no overnight or on-call shifts with option to work full time over 4 days if preferred
• Skilled, long-term support staff with 10 years average tenure and 3:1 Tech to Doctor ratio for efficient, team-based care

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary: $140,000-$180,000 (commensurate with experience)
