The Associate University Registrar for Systems & Curriculum provides strategic leadership for the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of the University's student information systems, curriculum management processes, degree audit technologies, and transfer credit operations. Reporting to the University Registrar, this position serves as the functional lead for Acadeum, Courseleaf, Degree Works, Salesforce, and other academic technologies supporting the student lifecycle.
The Associate University Registrar collaborates with Information Technology, Enrollment Management, faculty, and external partners to ensure the integrity of academic records, curriculum data, transfer credit management, and degree requirements while promoting operational excellence, compliance, and exceptional student service.
This position is primarily sedentary in nature, requiring the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods. The incumbent must be able to operate standard office equipment. Occasional movement within the office to include bending, reaching, or lifting items up to 15 pounds. Failure to maintain bona fide District residency for the 7-year period will result in forfeiture of employment.
