Job Description

Location: Hybrid role based in Morristown, NJ or Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage renewal pre-qualification and determine notices (non-renewal, conditional non-renewal, etc.).
• Solicit renewal information from brokers 90 days before expiration.
• Handle all renewal aspects: terms, pricing, retention, growth, profitability.
• Analyze exposure changes, exercise independent judgment, support business goals.
• Maintain underwriting discipline and document files thoroughly.
• Verify loss history, consult claims, assess risk quality, and develop client relationships.
• Place reinsurance per guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of insurance experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• College degree or equivalent; ARM and CPCU are a plus.
