ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Underwrite commercial auto new business
2. Bind new business accounts
3. Support Underwriters and customer service with various tasks
4. Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts via phone, chat and email

BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

1. High School Diploma required
2. Insurance experience required, Commercial auto/transportation preferred

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Ability to read and interpret fragmented information
4. Required to have strong research skills
5. Ability to handle sensitive information and confidential situations
6. Poise to deal with difficult situations when they arise

PAY RANGE

$21 -$25 and will depend on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
