Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an Associate UI Designer to craft web experiences that prioritize users. The role sits within Hubbell's Enterprise Marketing team and involves shaping designs from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes for Hubbell solutions and brands enterprise-wide.

The Associate UI Designer will contribute from concept to production, collaborate across product departments, and champion the user throughout development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in design, marketing or creative services with a focus on web solutions.
• Ability to work with the Adobe Creative Suite and experience with InVision, Omnigraffle, Sketch or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Create user centric web designs, including sketches, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
• Serve as a core designer on projects with leadership support.
• Audit existing web pages for usability and functionality.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to collaborate and execute strategies, projects, and processes.
• Participate in usability testing sessions with clients to ensure user voice is represented.
• Apply usability principles across all web touchpoints and oversee implementation with attention to detail.
