Job summary

Larson Maddox is seeking an Associate Transactions Counsel for a leading global alternative investment firm. This in-house role supports the legal and compliance team on transaction documentation and the execution process.

You will review and negotiate NDAs, engagement letters, and vendor contracts; partner with the Investment Team on deal closings; advise on regulatory filings; and oversee funds and SPV formation and governance. Location: Greenwich, CT.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required.
• 2+ years of experience at a law firm, asset management company, hedge fund, private equity or similar.

Responsibilities
