Job summary

Breeze Dental S Lamar in Austin is a high-volume, established practice seeking a dentist who wants to become a partner and help expand to new locations. The role offers a defined path to ownership, equity in the broader platform, and strong support from an experienced team.

You will operate with 12 operatories, advanced tech, and a culture of autonomy, focusing on Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry, and comprehensive care for a large active patient base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical experience with production records.
• Confident Invisalign case selection, planning and treatment.
• Proficient in cosmetic dentistry with portfolio.
• Comfortable presenting comprehensive treatment plans.
• A leader who elevates the team and helps growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dentistry in a high-volume practice.
• Present and discuss comprehensive treatment plans with patients.
• Collaborate with the team to grow the practice and future locations.

• 12 operatories and 5 hygienists
• CEREC same-day crowns, iTero scanning and cone beam CT

Who you are

• 5+ years of clinical experience, with production records to show for it
• Confident in Invisalign case selection, planning and treatment
• Proficient in cosmetic dentistry, with a case portfolio to show; AACD Accreditation preferred
• Comfortable presenting comprehensive treatment plans
• A leader who raises the team's game and wants a say in how we grow
