Atrium Hospitality's Embassy Suites Greenville is hiring an Associate for Meal Service. Greet guests, take orders, deliver meals, and assist with reservations and events while coordinating with the kitchen to ensure smooth dining experiences.

No experience is required beyond a great attitude and teamwork; on-the-job training is available. Certifications in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness are encouraged or obtainable within 60 days, with a requirement to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs and

Qualifications

• Great attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
• Restaurant, customer service, or cashier experience preferred.
• Be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during shift.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take and deliver orders, and ensure timely, friendly service.
• Schedule reservations, answer phone calls, and assist with events.
• Monitor tables, coordinate with kitchen, and handle guest questions.
• Process payments, report tips, and close out sales at shift end.
• Maintain clean, stocked service stations and reset tables.
