Located in Novi, Michigan, Pasadena Villa Outpatient Novi provides convenient access to local amenities and surrounding communities. Associate Therapists provide individual, family and group therapy sessions for clients in an Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization mental health facility, under the supervision of fully licensed therapists. Associate Therapists assess the therapeutic needs of clients, develop appropriate treatment plans, and facilitate group, family and individual therapy sessions. Position collaborates with clients, team members, external clinical partners and family members, as appropriate, to coordinate care throughout the treatment process.
Position requires a master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology. Holds a provisional clinical license (LLMSW, LLPC, LLMFT, LLP), in good standing, within the state of MI. Requires minimum of 2 years’ of experience working with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.
