Job summary

New U Therapy Center & Family Services in Torrance is seeking Associate Psychotherapists to provide high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You will maintain a caseload of 25 clients and work collaboratively with our clinical team.

The role offers a supportive supervision structure, flexible scheduling with hybrid in-person and remote options, and opportunities for long-term growth as you pursue licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field.
• Completion of at least 1,000 post-graduate clinical hours toward licensure.
• Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Desire to grow within a group private practice and remain after licensure.
• No history of receiving services from New U Therapy Center & Family Services
• No immediate family member currently receiving services from New U Therapy Center & Family Services

Responsibilities

• Help clients set meaningful goals and work toward measurable outcomes.
• Diligently track clients’ progress and serve as an accountability partner.

Rates:

Up to $40-$44 per clinical hour

Work Set-up:

Hybrid - one to two days a week to provide in- person therapy.
