Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical discipline is required.
• Board registered to accrue hours towards licensure in the state where services are provided is required.
• Experience facilitating therapy with children, teens, and/or young adults is preferred.
• Patient-first mindset to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating clinical and experiential group therapy sessions to support healing and connection
• Participating in screenings, intakes, orientations, assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning
• Attending trainings and clinical supervision sessions to enhance your skills and broaden your knowledge
• Serving as a vital part of your clients’ multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Supporting the team with crisis prevention, intervention, and management as needed
