Job summary

SOL Mental Health in Fairfax, VA is seeking therapists to provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population. You’ll work under built-in supervision to support licensure and professional growth, learning quickly and building confidence while making a meaningful impact.

You’ll join a collaborative team with administrative support, a generous salary range ($47,500–$86,000+ with incentives), solid benefits, and a structured path from day one toward independent licensure.

Qualifications

• Pre‑Independently licensed in VA (working toward LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LMHC).
• Experience in direct clinical care (internship experience counts).
• Strong communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a clinician.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy to a diverse client population.

• Work with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more.
