Role Description The Associate Therapist will provide direct clinical services, including intake assessments, ongoing individual and, when appropriate, family or group therapy, within the PsychPlus care model. This part-time hybrid role is based in Chattanooga, TN, with a combination of in-clinic hours and work-from-home time for telehealth sessions and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting evidence-informed therapy sessions, developing and updating treatment plans, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR, and coordinating care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. The Associate Therapist will monitor client progress, engage in regular case consultations and supervision, and support crisis intervention and safety planning when needed. The role also involves adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive environment for clients and colleagues.
