Job Description / Qualifications

Your job scope will include:

  1. Build and qualify next-generation chemical metrology tools.
  2. Read and interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
  3. Test and troubleshoot using diagnostic equipment, including test programs, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and specialized test apparatus.
  4. Partner with the engineering team to bring new products into manufacturing.
  5. Act as a conduit of information between design teams, tech support, and field teams.
  6. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  7. Redline and update documentation, including assembly and test procedures.
  8. Assist with training new team members and transferring knowledge to production.
  9. Travel domestically and internationally to support new tool installations/upgrades and provide escalation support for new products.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Practical Engineer or B.Sc. degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
  2. Experience troubleshooting down to the component level.
  3. Ability to travel up to 35% to support global customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. At least 4 years of experience in engineering fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Equipment, or Systems.
  2. Broad technical system vision.
  3. Proficiency in English, including reading and writing technical reports, procedures, and drawings.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work collaboratively.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including day/night shifts and weekends.

Note: Minimum experience required is 6+ years in related engineering fields.

Compensation & Benefits: Base pay ranges from $29.33 to $49.86 per hour. Our total rewards include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(K) with company match, stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, development opportunities, wellness programs, paid time off, and family leave. Interns are eligible for some benefits. Pay ranges are role, level, and location-dependent. Actual pay depends on various factors including experience and education.
