Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of related experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Technical certificate or vocational training in a technical discipline preferred.
• Experience with semiconductor equipment brands.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and calibrate semiconductor manufacturing equipment to meet production requirements and ensure optimal performance.
• Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues or failures in semiconductor equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and software-related problems.
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment, identify potential issues, and proactively address them to minimize downtime.
• Monitor equipment performance and collaborate with production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment configurations, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities in compliance with company standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality control, and production, to ensure smooth equipment operation and meet production goals.
• Provide training and support to team members on equipment configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.
