Associate Territory Sales Manager – Sleep Diagnostics

Territory: ND, SD, NE, KS, MN, IA, MO, WI, IL, IN, MI, OH
The Associate Territory Sales Manager – Sleep Diagnostics is an entry-level field sales role designed to develop the next generation of top-performing Territory Sales Managers. This 12-month developmental program focuses on Cadwell’s Sleep Diagnostic portfolio (PSG and HSAT) and offers a structured path for advancement through real-world experience in lead generation, prospecting, in-person demos, and territory execution. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, organized self-starter with a strong interest in medical sales. This role requires frequent travel, a consistent cadence of cold outreach, and the ability to learn quickly in a technical and clinical environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales activity metrics and growth targets for Cadwell’s Sleep Diagnostic products.
  • Conduct frequent in-person product demonstrations under the mentorship of a Clinical Sleep Specialist and regional sales team.
  • Drive territory pipeline growth through consistent cold calling, outbound prospecting, and follow-up on marketing-generated leads.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and Cadwell’s technical value proposition.
  • Support and execute territory business plans by identifying high-potential accounts and coordinating field travel to maximize customer engagement.
  • Participate in team-selling efforts, collaborating with Territory Sales Managers, Clinical Sleep Specialists, and other divisions to win hospital, IDN, and sleep lab business.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage opportunities, and report on sales activity and progress.
  • Assist with onboarding new customers through product installation and in-service support.
  • Represent Cadwell at approved trade shows, regional meetings, and educational courses.
  • Provide ongoing feedback from the field to marketing and product teams to enhance customer engagement strategies.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience; medical device or healthcare-related sales preferred.
  • Strong interest or background in sleep diagnostics (PSG, HSAT) or related clinical workflows.
  • Track record of success in outbound prospecting, cold calling, or lead generation.
  • Ability to learn and deliver engaging product demonstrations in a clinical setting.

Travel & Work Requirements:
  • Approximately 80% travel across the assigned 12-state region; must live near a major airport.
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work non-standard hours to accommodate customer schedules.
