Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive growth in outpatient urology/urogynecology across a defined geography. You will educate clinicians, convert prescribers, and manage a territory pipeline to increase prescription volume and meet targets.

The role requires a track record in professional, metrics-driven sales, a Bachelor's degree, and daily travel within the territory. A strong business acumen and physician-facing communication are essential.

What You'll Do

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly

Who We're Looking For

You don't need medical or clinical experience. You need a track record of winning in a professional, metrics-driven sales environment and the drive to outwork the competition.

• Required: Bachelor's degree
• Required: Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory
• Strongly preferred:
  • Experience at companies known for world-class sales training and development - such as ADP, Enterprise, Cintas, Paychex, Xerox, or similar
  • Highly preferred 2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a demonstrated record of quota achievement
  • Hunter mentality: comfortable with cold outreach, gatekeepers, and long sales cycles
• Coachable, competitive, and accountable - you own your numbers and own your results
• Strong verbal communication and the professional presence to earn credibility with physicians

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000+ total compensation, at sales goal target
• Uncapped bonus potential to earn beyond $100K with top performance
• $750 per month car allowance + gas card

• The potential base pay range for this role is $55,000-60,000 annually
