Job summary

Bioventus is seeking an entry-level Associate Territory Manager - Surgical to join a field-based sales team in Dallas. You will support Surgical cases in hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices, gaining access to a medical device sales environment.

You will develop product knowledge, provide coverage for assigned accounts, and identify upsell opportunities while meeting a designated quota and collaborating with territory teammates.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; background in nursing, surgical tech, paramedic, or B2B sales preferred.
• Medical sales or anatomy lab experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license in the United States.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with phone etiquette.
• Computer skills include Microsoft Word and Excel; attention to detail is essential.
• Shows responsibility, ownership, accountability and sound judgement.
• Must be motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains product knowledge of BGS and Ultrasonic products.
• Provides case coverage for assigned accounts.
• Identifies upsell/cross-sell opportunities and collaborates with TMs to expand accounts.
• Assigned quota based on territory alignment and is expected to meet/exceed it.
• Assist in coverage of Local Meetings.

The Associate Territory Manager - Surgical supports and reports to the Director of Sales in the coverage and set up of Surgical cases in a designated area through knowledge of our equipment, geography, and facility intricacies.

This job will spend time in hospital operating rooms, surgery centers, and physician offices.
This role is an entry level position to gain access into a medical device surgical sales environment.

Job Requirements

• BA/BS degree;
• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in nursing, surgical technology, paramedic experience, or B2B sales
• Medical sales and previous hands-on anatomy lab experience is a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license in one of the 50 United States is required
• Exceptional customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skill including proper phone etiquette
• Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel
• Highly detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy
• Maintains an attitude of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
• Strong sense of decision making, sound judgement and critical thinking
• Motivated and able to work independently within a fast paced, team environment
