Job summary

MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc. seeks an in-office support associate for Construction Technology equipment, including CAT and GPS guided systems. This role focuses on basic to intermediate technical support and customer communications.

You will assist Senior Specialists with evaluations, prepare customer estimates, maintain documentation, and ensure safety and timely service in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and professional demeanor are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience with Heavy Equipment Technology.
• Experience with construction technology equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic to intermediate support on construction technology equipment, with emphasis on lasers, levels, GPS components.
• Provide support to Senior Specialists in performing evaluations.

Position Summary

This position is primarily responsible for in office basic to intermediate support of Construction Technology equipment which includes various Caterpillar and/or Construction Machine Control and Guidance equipment.

Position Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform basic to intermediate support on construction technology equipment, with emphasis on support of Lasers, Levels, Theodolites, and GPS components.
• Provide support to Senior Specialists in performing evaluations.
• Prepare accurate estimates for customers.
• Communicate with customers to keep them informed about the status of their equipment.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs and deadlines are met.
• Complete all scheduled duties in a safe and efficient manner.
• Adheres to all safety rules and maintains quality housekeeping in work area.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• No formal responsibility for supervising others.

Position Requirements

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years or more experience with Heavy Equipment Technology

Preferred

• Spectra Precision Technology training.
• Training with lasers and electronic technology.
