Job Description

Join our Power Delivery team as an Associate Technician, where you'll support the drafting and production of utility transmission and distribution projects. You'll assist engineers and designers in creating construction plans, layouts, and details using tools like AutoCAD, MicroStation, and PLS-CADD.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their drafting career who is eager to build technical skills and grow within the transmission and distribution industry.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist with plan production, layout drawings, and CAD support for power delivery projects
  • Follow drafting standards and design guidelines under the direction of senior staff
  • Work with PLS-CADD, AutoCAD, or MicroStation to support transmission line design
  • Maintain project files, drawing sets, and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to meet project goals and deadlines
  • Support field review or site work as needed

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, geographic location, skills, education, and internal equity.

Colorado Pay Range$60,000—$80,000 USDAdditional Information
