- For the APAC Region, vocational/trade certificate with 4 years experience or a diploma with 2 years experience is acceptable
- Ability to work effectively as an entry-level individual contributor under close supervision
- Broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education
- Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and information gathering
