Associate Technical Project Manager

Join the TVEverywhere team as an Associate Technical Project Manager to lead technical launches, improve processes, and deliver world‑class streaming experiences.

Essential Responsibilities

• Manage deliveries in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Approach work from a curious, user‑first perspective.
• Act as a self‑starter, independently moving tasks and proactively seeking solutions.
• Demonstrate flexibility with ambiguity, seeking guidance and adapting as priorities shift.
• Create and maintain project plans, ensuring accurate, accessible updates and clear communication to team members.
• Set and reinforce process expectations, escalating issues appropriately to senior team members when challenges arise.
• Monitor project activities for gaps or risks, collaborating with team members to address them.
• Support issue resolution by gathering information and contributing to root cause analysis.
• Participate in the development process, coordinating with engineering and QA teams as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation updates.
• Build positive relationships with peer teams to influence project priority and delivery.
• Maintain well‑organized project documentation, including meeting notes, playbooks, and how‑tos.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Project Management experience in technology and software development, working directly with engineering and product teams.
• Proven experience delivering and managing technical projects, especially with streaming, OTT, and CMS.
• 1+ years working experience with the Atlassian suite.
• Advanced proficiency with project scheduling tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
• Scrum Master certification preferred.
• Project Manager certification preferred; Product Owner certification a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Eligibility Requirements

Salary range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year.
