The Associate Technical Operations Leader role is part of a highly selective Leadership Development Program designed for exceptional early‑career talent. Own a core operational function or workflow, driving efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Lead automation and process improvement initiatives for enterprise customers.
Analyze complex datasets to uncover bottlenecks and design technical solutions.
Partner with engineering, product, and customer teams to align business and technical goals.
Translate technical challenges into actionable business recommendations.
Present insights and progress to senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO.
Work directly with enterprise customers to optimize workflows and solve operational challenges.
Provide real‑world insights to influence product strategy and roadmap.
Support account teams by addressing high‑impact operational needs.
Drive projects end‑to‑end—from scoping and analysis through execution and measurement.
Build metrics, dashboards, and models to track impact.
Own deliverables and timelines with minimal oversight in a high‑expectation environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, CS, Data Science, Applied Math, Physics, etc.).
Hands‑on experience with tools such as Python, SQL, MATLAB, R, C++, or similar.
Strong quantitative problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
Internships, research, co‑ops, or technical projects with measurable outcomes.
1–3 years of hands‑on experience preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in teams, projects, competitions, or entrepreneurial efforts.
Self‑starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership.
Comfortable working cross‑functionally and presenting to senior leaders.
Able to translate complex technical ideas into clear business insights.
