  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the employer
  • Basic analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field
