Coaction is seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to support underwriting platforms, gaining hands-on exposure to Duck Creek and commercial P&C workflows. You will work with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and stakeholders to learn production incident triage, releases, and regulatory compliance.
Based in Morristown, NJ on a hybrid schedule, you’ll be in the office at least 3 days a week and contribute to release validation, documentation, and knowledge sharing as part of a growing insurance

The Junior Systems Analyst, Underwriting Systems supports the stability, quality, and continuous improvement of Coaction's underwriting platforms. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates or candidates with limited professional experience who are eager to build expertise in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance, Surplus & Specialty Lines, Duck Creek Policy Administration, and software delivery. Working alongside Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders, the analyst will learn to investigate production issues, validate system changes, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to successful software releases.
Salary range specific to for this role : $55,000-$70,000 + discretionary incentive bonus + benefits depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, and qualifications.
