Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL is seeking an Associate, Integration / Test Engineer to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. They will coordinate from assembly to system-level integration and ensure obligations are fulfilled.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, procedures, traceability, and documenting results; executing system, component and unit tests; performing troubleshooting, scripting, and root-cause analysis;

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field or have completed a Bachelor's degree within the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, procedures, requirements traceability, test reports and test design.
• Execute system, CCA and component level functional testing and document results.
• Use software tools, scripting and perform hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Set up, configure, and document hardware and software systems under test and load software onto devices for verification and validation.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support Operations in failure/trend analysis and identify/resolved failure trends quickly.
• Provide technical consultation to internal organizations and/or customers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
